→ SCIENCE BEHIND IT

  

The Science behind Fit 360 is called “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC. EPOC greatly enhances the total amount of fat burned by taking advantage of additional calories lost after the training session is completed. This “After Burn” lasts for hours. Our unique formula creates permanent  change.

Fit 360 is designed for those that have a desire to get healthier and increase fitness. One focus is individuals who currently are NOT exercising but know the benefit and have the desire, yet are lacking guidance and motivation. Another focus group is those currently exercising but not seeing a change. There are no age, weight or fitness level restrictions. All will benefit.

>> Get Fit Designed for anyone that has the desire to get fit, but needs the guidance and motivation to make it happen.

>>30+ lbs This group is limited to individuals seeking to lose excess weight of at least 30 lbs. With this goal in mind, the program is designed slightly different.

>> Teen Group Tailored for teens 14 - 18 years old.

→ BENEFITS OF A GROUP

Find the camaraderie and support you've been missing out on through our Group Training Sessions! Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals, motivating each member to pick up the pace and overcome plateaus. Individuals who work out in a group yield greater consistency than those who go it alone.

Each group is maxed out at 12 participants, allowing members to feel committed to one another by providing a strong support system. Working out with a group makes time spent fun and effective, helping you achieve goals while encouraging you to stick to the path towards success.

→ THE TWO COMPONENTS

Fit 360 is broken into two components: exercise and nutrition. The exercise program consists of cardio training, and weight training blocks. The intensity of your workout is dictated entirely by your specific optimal heart rate zone, monitored through MyZone and the trainer. The final factor is the vital nutrition component, which will lead to fitness in its truest sense.   

→ WHAT TO EXPECT

Fit 360 will produce increased muscle endurance, power, stamina, and tremendous weight loss, if desired. With good music, talented group trainers and a highly energized environment, you’ll find the powerful formula for PERMANENT change.
