The Science behind Fit 360 is called “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC. Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals, motivating each member to pick up the pace and overcome plateaus. Individuals who work out in a group yield greater consistency than those who go it alone.
Each group is maxed out at 12 participants, allowing members to feel committed to one another by providing a strong support system. Working out with a group makes time spent fun and effective, helping you achieve goals while encouraging you to stick to the path towards success.
