Get a free 6 week fitness plan when you sign up for a membership!

We understand the benefits of good exercise but we realize not everyone knows what to do when it comes to getting a great full body workout. And that's ok, you don't have to know. That's what we're here for

When you sign up we will give you a member login to your new 6 week plan. Your plan will be provided for you online at all times. Each plan has a variation of lifts so a video demo will be provided to show you how to do each lift. You can log in at home or on your phone and follow along at the gym. But don't worry, if you don't have a smart phone there is a printable version for each 2 week workout. We also have staff on duty at all times that can show or remind you how to use the machines and do lifts from your workout. Remember, we are here to help you succeed.

These plans are here to help and guide you but if you want to come more often and/or try something new Altons power block is your new home. You can come and go as you please. We encourage you to try new classes, our trainers, fit 360 and anything else our gym offers.
