Cross Training Circuit

This class uses traditional moves blended with Cross Training moves. The combination of kettlebells, TRX bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more, gives the participant the ultimate workout.

Strength Fusion

    Move over Body Pump! This is a muscle conditioning class using varied equipment to build strength and endurance to tone your entire body. This is a full body workout with a focused ab component.

Using barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises, LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is an intense 30-minute team training workout that will blast all major muscle groups and take your strength into another zone.

YOGA

▶ Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga is the revolution in mind-body training that is changing the way people feel about their bodies.  It's a flowing, dynamic, exercise-to-music program that leaves class members feeling relaxed and renewed. Through the process of elongating and stretching muscles, members can let go of daily stress and tension while building strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement", and is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smooth flowing and good for able beginners to advance practitioners.

Vinyasa Yoga has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Both strength and flexibility are built. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flowing throughout your body.

▶ Slow Flow & Core Yoga

This is for all levels and integrates mind, body, spirit, and breath within the practice of yoga. A linking of yoga asanas in slow flow with special emphasis on the core.

▶ Restorative Yoga

Great for all levels! This class invites students to explore deep, relaxing, yoga practices utilizing props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to make it easier for the body to surrender.

▶ Strong Flow Yoga

Strong Flow has the feel of the typical Vinyasa class while slowing down the pace. Members will move mindfully while building both strength and balance. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully and breathing deeply.

▶Power Flow Yoga

A fitness-based Vinyasa approach linking concious breath with a vigorous and mindfull flow to build strength, flixibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.

▶ Yin Spin Yoga

The innovative mix of meditation, mindful cycling and yoga is a perfect combination. Spin to cleanse the soul and meditate to rejuvinate the mind.

▶ Gentle Flow Yoga

Slow flow focused on stretch, core and unwinding through the asans. Stretch a little deeper, sink a little lower and relax a little longer.

▶ Ashtanga Yoga

This dynamic, physical practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body.

▶ Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the practice of the physical yoga postures with an emphasis on form and mindfulness. Good for all levels.

▶ Yoga Blend

Utilizing a blend of Yoga styles, this class works deeply with breath and movement to promote strength as well as spiritual and mental health.
